Terra and her new kitty

He is an 8 month old neutered boy – very docile and pretty. They said he is called a "snowshoe" which, they explained, is a siamese/american shorthair mix. Terra (and I) have wanted a cat for a long time, so this is a huge present
I talked to the guy at Kitty City (a refuge with like 250 cats living there) and he says our new family member came from a "hoarding house" in Tularosa – a woman had 45 cats, multiplying rapidly. He was a kitten that was very scared and trembling and the guy said it was 4 or 5 weeks until he was comfortable around people.
We have joked that our sitting room is now done – there are no further needed decorations
