We were together for two wonderful years,all the loving and given between us, But she stepped away,just before this past xmas,and I already had all the presents for her and wrapped,I don’t know if its the best on my part for me to give her them,I do feel bad.

do what you want with them… why do you feel bad? if you think she would still like them and not be creeped out then go ahead and give them to her. otherwise, sell them, or give them to a friend.
