This sparkler is aged for two years and made following all traditional Champagne methods. The result is so good you'd swear you were drinking the old world bubbly. Baked apple flavours and buttery brioche aromas are a mouth-watering combination; tight bubbles and a clean citrusy finish refresh and delight. The wine has great minerality which comes from using a mix of pinot and chardonnay grapes that are grown in soils containing a high concentration of limestone. Silver Medal winner at the 2010 Artvino Competition in Prince Edward County.
