we were together for 6 years and enaged for 2 years,we never lived together even though i asked him to move in several times,he said no as hell lose his benefits.however during that time he had bought me a tv for a xmas present which was a surprise as i had 2 already! followed by a small table for xmas which cost £10 of ebay,a hoover which cost him £70 0f ebay,and a second hand 3 piece cream leather suite which cost him £250,which he rung me up and said he saw it advertised in paper ,said i had one and couldnt afford it.same evening he knocked at my door and he had bought it already as a surprise for me,also i had an enagement ring which he bought ,when we broke up he said i could keep everything as he didnt want anything from me he had given them all to me as gifts.during our break up ive had hassle from him.his life hasnt gone to well as hes getting evicted from his flat,not my problem.he was always nasty and aggressive in our relationship but didnt have the heart to end it,as i was scared of what hed do as hes hurt me so many times.im glad he did.he has sent the police round to my house several times accussing me of doing this and that when i havent.last straw came when he tryed to give me xmas card which i said i didnt want,then he sent my daughter a nasty text,so i sent him 1 email and 1 text message asking him to leave me and my daughter alone.i showed the police them.he had sent me threatening texts also but i deleted them so i had no proof to show the police.i got woken up one morning by the police issuing me an harrassment order by my x!!! couldnt believe it,they told e how cunning he is and manipulative but as he kept my email and my 1 text he had proof and i didnt.
now to top it all off i got a letter from the court saying he wanted everything he bought me as gifts ie furniture or to the value of!!! he made out it was £5,000 and said that he was owed it.
how can someone give you gifts and want them back?
and why did he tell me he wanted nothing and now wants everything?
he never ever lived with me and i fed him everyday for 6.5 years and not once has he ever paid any househols bills or contributed to any either.
any suggestions as what to do.?
im at the end of my tether with him ,hes harrassing me and just want to be left alone.
not allowed to go anywhere near him at all.cant get texts he sent me but only can tell me when he sent them.and yes he does suffer from an illness,its called mental.
