Check out these xmas presents for him images:
Oliver in Nested Boxes
Image by Mr. T in DC
Oliver found a way into a trio of nested boxes we have. There’s just enough room for him to squeeze in.

to my father who died last May.
He would have loved to visit the museum and this Râdome (radar dome). He was an engineer and dedicated most of his professional life to telecommunication systems. He was one of the first radar specialist in Switzerland and played a major role in planning air traffic control systems for Zurich airport. Later on, he changed his interest to telecom systems for radio and TV . He would have loved to visit this radar dome with it’s huge parabol antenna. In 1962, the first transatlantic life transmission of images from the US to Europe via satelite was received here.
And, besides, it was him who introduced me to photography, who gave me my first decent camera as a Xmas present. It’s my Rollei 35 which accompanied me all those years and which I still love to use. Don’t ask me to sell it. I never would. And it’s priceless, anyway.
Nice, Photos, Presents, Xmas
